Lately, the conversation around Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been fascinating. It's undeniably changing the business landscape, automating our tasks and streamlining a lot of processes. As a busy leader + momma, who wouldn't embrace tools that make life easier, right?

But here's what I truly believe: AI is an incredible partner, not a replacement.

Why? Because it can never replace leaders, innovators, creatives, and artists. We're simply leaving repetitive tasks to technology so we can focus more on creativity and innovation.

Because at the heart of every successful business lies human connection.

Innovation thrives on the human spark: a blend of creative collaboration, empathetic client interactions, and strategic thinking. While AI can offer valuable tools, it can't replicate as much the full spectrum of human emotions. We are wired differently, and that's precisely what makes human connection irreplaceable.

It's amazing that in this synergy of human and machine, we achieve true balance, both personally and professionally.

Travel Bits

Our 11-hour journey from the Philippines to Dubai with a baby + a toddler was no less than an adventure! While the flights did test our patience (especially the 7-hour leg.. phew!), it was a literally a journey of many discoveries for our family. We learned heaps about patience, resilience, and most importantly, each other. Though exhausted, the memories and newfound strength make it all worth it!

It's been an amazing few months, but I will be taking some time off from writing to you. Currently deep in filming and writing scripts as I'm hoping to launch my YouTube channel this month, or maybe next... Really, who knows?! lol. I try to follow my own deadlines, but no pressure! I mean, if I can’t do it now, it’s not yet the end of the world! Just loving and enjoying the process while giving myself grace. 🥰
