We went to the mountains, and I've been thinking about you

Hi Reader,
I honestly don't know how to start this newsletter because it's been a long time since you've heard from me but let me ask you something first.
When did you last do something just because it felt right, not because it was on a deadline or a deliverable?
Every year, our team makes it a point to step away together. This time we headed to Bukidnon, packed our families along, and spent our weekends in the mountains surrounded by trees, and fresh air. It is one of my favorite things we do as a team, and every year it hits different.
This is what All Out Virtual really looks like. The team, the kids, the chaos, and all the love.
For those who don’t know, the people on our team are not just employees.
They are the ones who showed up when things were hard... ...stayed through Covid ...stayed through uncertainty ...stayed through the kind of years that made a lot of businesses quietly disappear. And even now, with everything happening in our country, oil prices rising, the cost of living climbing, all of it hitting harder in a place that is still finding its footing, they are still here. Some of them have been here since the very first day of All Out Virtual. We built this thing together, and getting to bring our families into that story, year after year, reminds me of why we do this in the first place.
It also made me think about you.
Because a lot of our clients are OGs too. You trusted us early, some of you before we even fully trusted ourselves, and that means more than I probably say out loud enough.
So this is me saying it. Thank you for still being here.
Now, I want to share something we have been quietly working on. I am excited about this one because we have already seen it help some of our existing clients, and I think it could do the same for you.
With AI changing the way people search for everything, here is a question worth sitting with. If someone opened ChatGPT right now and typed "recommend me a [what you do] who can help me with [what you solve]," would your name come up?
For most of us, it would not. And honestly, that used to be fine. But the way people find service providers has shifted in a big way, and a lot of websites, even the beautiful, well-designed ones, have not kept up.
AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE are looking for very specific things. Structured schema, author attribution, question-based content. If those are missing from your site, you are basically invisible to the people who are already out there searching for exactly what you offer.
That is the gap we wanted to close.
So we built a free website audit tool. You paste your URL, hit run, and in under 60 seconds you get a full breakdown of what is working and what is not: - AI search readiness - SEO - performance - security - accessibility - content quality Real issues, actual fixes, none of that vague scoring that leaves you more confused than when you started.
I ran it on my own site, christygarcia.me, and even I had things to fix. So no judgment here.
You are getting this first because this tool exists partly because of the patterns we kept seeing in our work together. You helped us see the problem before we even had a name for it.
Reader, One thing you can work on in the first quarter of 2025 is your website. As a small business owner, why does auditing your website matter? A website audit is like giving your website a thorough checkup. It involves assessing every detail of your website to ensure it's performing at its best — representing your business professionally, connecting with your audience authentically, and effectively guiding your visitors toward becoming paying clients. Just like a physical checkup for your...
Hey there, Happy New Year, Reader! I know I don’t usually send out emails like this, but I felt it was important to share a bit of my journey with you. As an entrepreneur who took the leap to create an online business during the pandemic, it’s been quite a ride. I started this adventure not really knowing what I was doing or where I was headed, and 2024 has brought a whirlwind of emotions. This past year has been challenging—I found myself anxious about the future and worried about our team’s...
Hi Reader, It's Christy again, and I just wanted to drop by and give a simple ✨thank you✨ for everything you do! I'm pretty sure, like me, you've probably been sooo relentlessly busy, too—too busy, in fact, in doing everything and giving all your best to empower others with what you do. Of course, nobody's complaining, but it is also undeniable that sometimes, everything just feels overwhelming, too. If you know me, you'd know how I'm on this constant quest to embrace ease in every aspect,...
